This guide prepares the integration documentation. The OAuth authorization screen exists in the application source, but Canva app-directory availability has not been established here. Follow these instructions only once the Socializioz Canva app is available to your account. The existence of an authorization screen does not itself confirm a public launch.
Connect from Canva
- Start the connection from the authorized Socializioz experience in Canva, when available.
- Sign in to the Socializioz account that has access to the desired workspace.
- Review the Socializioz account and select the workspace to connect.
- Inspect the workspace’s available connected accounts and the exact permissions requested by Canva.
- Choose Allow access to approve, or Cancel to leave without connecting.
- After authorization, return to Canva and verify that the intended workspace is connected.
Workspace and permission scope
The connection screen shows the signed-in Socializioz user, eligible workspaces, available connected accounts and requested scopes. Choosing a different workspace refreshes its account information; access to one workspace does not grant access to another. The connection must be requested by an approved client with valid redirect and authorization details. The exact available actions are limited to the requested scopes, authenticated workspace access and currently enabled app capabilities.Manage or troubleshoot the connection
Open Socializioz → Connections to inspect or manage the connected social accounts associated with the workspace. A Canva connection does not replace the permissions required by Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other publishing destination. If authorization fails, check:- You initiated the connection from the currently supported Canva app.
- You are signed in to the intended Socializioz account.
- You selected a workspace you are permitted to access.
- The authorization has not expired and the requested permissions are supported.
- The feature is enabled for the current app rollout.
