The workflow
1. Start with context
Use Brand Command, a campaign brief, a conversation with the Agent, or a direct Composer session. The active workspace and selected destination determine which context and capabilities are available.2. Create or import media
Upload a file, choose an existing Media library asset, import from an available source, or use an AI media action.3. Organize the asset
Add useful tags and, where appropriate, link the asset to a campaign. Keep approved reusable media in the library instead of uploading duplicates for every post.4. Attach and adapt
Open the Composer or ask the Agent to create a draft. Select the destination account, attach the media, and adapt the caption and content type for that platform.5. Validate
Publish-time validation checks the real media type, dimensions, aspect ratio, resolution, duration, and file size required by the destination.6. Review
Save as a draft, send for approval, or continue directly when the workflow and permissions allow it.7. Execute
Publish now or schedule. Socializioz records provider processing, confirmed success, user-action handoffs, and failures as different states.8. Learn
Use the Publishing Hub and Analytics to verify delivery, review performance, and carry the result into the next campaign or Agent conversation.Asset and post are different records
A Media library asset is a reusable file. A post is destination-specific content with its own caption, account, schedule, status, and provider result. Removing a file from one draft does not automatically mean the underlying library asset should be deleted.Destination-specific copies
When posting to multiple accounts, Socializioz creates independent posts. This is intentional: platform requirements, schedules, approvals, and provider results can differ even when the creative idea is shared.Safe reuse
Before reusing media, confirm that:- The usage rights still apply.
- The file meets the destination’s current requirements.
- Old campaign text or branding is not embedded in the creative.
- The asset is appropriate for the selected account and audience.
