The Publishing Hub brings together the operational surfaces used after content is created. Its current tabs focus on Approvals, Calendar, and Published content. Socializioz Publishing Hub with approvals, calendar, and published content

Approvals

Use Approvals to review content that is waiting for a decision. Depending on your role and the post state, you can inspect the post, approve it, reject or return it for changes, and continue to scheduling or publishing. Approval is a workflow state, not proof that a post is live.

Calendar

The Calendar tab opens the scheduling view for time-based planning, rescheduling, filters, post details, and delivery status.

Published

Published content shows posts that Socializioz has recorded as published or completed through a supported external handoff state. Open a post to review its destination, timestamps, and available provider link or status information.

Understand post states

Common states include:
  • Draft — editable and not queued.
  • Pending approval — waiting for review.
  • Approved — accepted by the approval workflow.
  • Scheduled — queued for a future time.
  • Publishing — submitted and still processing.
  • Published — confirmed live by the supported provider flow.
  • Published externally — handed off for completion outside Socializioz, such as TikTok inbox publishing.
  • Failed — publishing did not complete.
  • Cancelled — removed from the active schedule.

Failures and retries

A retry is appropriate only when the post remains valid and the error is retryable. First inspect the failure message and confirm:
  • The social account is still authorized.
  • The plan includes publishing to that destination.
  • The media still passes destination validation.
  • The post was not already published or handed off.
Socializioz uses idempotency and provider evidence to reduce accidental duplicate publishing, but users should still review the state before retrying.

Provider processing

Some video and Story workflows remain in Publishing while the provider processes the upload. Do not recreate the post simply because processing is not instant. Open the post details or refresh the relevant view to check the latest state.
