Socializioz is an AI-first social media operating workspace. The Agent can use authorized workspace, brand, account, campaign, post, media, approval, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and analytics context to help move work from a request to a verified result. You can also use the direct workspace surfaces or connect supported external AI clients through the native MCP.
Yes. Socializioz is available on iOS and Android, and the web app works in supported desktop and mobile browsers.
Yes. Socializioz includes Arabic language support and a right-to-left interface.

Plans and social platforms

Current connected-account capacity is 5 on Free, 12 on Starter, and 30 on Pro. Enterprise capacity is configured for the customer. Publishing-platform access is a separate plan and rollout check.
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn publishing are available across current plans. TikTok publishing starts on Starter, X publishing starts on Pro, and YouTube is reserved for Starter and above but remains Soon while rollout is completed. See plans and billing.
Yes. Supported Telegram alerts start on Starter, and Telegram Agent access starts on Pro. Telegram is not currently presented as a primary public social-publishing destination in the Connections experience.
Yes. The WhatsApp AI Agent is available on Pro and Enterprise for supported content and scheduling requests. It is an Agent access surface, not a standard direct social publishing destination.
Starter is USD 29.99 per month or USD 299 per year. Pro is USD 69.99 per month or USD 699 per year. Enterprise pricing is custom.

AI images and video

Yes. Image and video generation are available directly inside the Socializioz app. Generated assets are saved to the Media Library for use in posts and campaigns.
Socializioz uses its built-in native media-generation workflow. The underlying provider or model can change, so the public docs do not promise a specific model unless Socializioz explicitly exposes one. You can request 4, 6, or 8 second videos in 9:16 or 16:9 formats and should review the generated result before publishing.
Current plan limits per billing cycle are: Free 15 images, 5 videos, and 5 reels; Starter 50 images, 20 videos, and 20 reels; Pro 250 images, 100 videos, and 100 reels. Enterprise usage is custom and can be configured as unlimited.

Publishing and approvals

Yes. Drafting and scheduling are built into Socializioz and run through the app and its backend services.
Approval workflows are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Eligible posts can be submitted for review before scheduling or publishing. Required approval and publishing validations cannot be bypassed by the Agent or an external AI client.
The failed state remains visible in the relevant Socializioz workflow. Review the error, correct the account, permission, media, timing, or content issue, then retry or reschedule when that action is available.

ChatGPT, MCP, and integrations

Yes. Socializioz is publicly available through ChatGPT Apps, and the native MCP is currently available to Socializioz users at no additional cost during early access.
The native remote MCP exposes an authenticated tool surface across workspace and brand context, connected accounts, posts and drafts, media assets, campaigns, approvals, scheduling, publishing, live X operations, and workspace discovery. See Socializioz MCP for the current capability groups and use the tools returned by the live connection as the source of truth rather than a fixed count. Workspace invite/leave operations are not currently exposed through the remote MCP.
Yes, through Claude’s supported remote connector settings when available for your account. Use the connector interface rather than an old local desktop JSON configuration.
No. Zapier support has been removed. Socializioz scheduling and publishing workflows run directly inside the app.
Current integration surfaces include publishing destinations, Facebook and Instagram engagement tools, the WhatsApp AI Agent, limited Telegram alerts, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, the published ChatGPT app, Claude, and supported MCP clients. Exact capabilities depend on the plan, account, permissions, and options shown in the app.

Refer & Earn and partners

Open Settings → Refer & Earn, review the current Partner Terms, and choose Join Partner Program. After approval, use your issued referral link to refer eligible new Socializioz customers. The current standard partner reward is 30% recurring commission for up to 12 months, with a 120-day attribution window, subject to the Partner Terms. See Refer & Earn.
Partner Plus is the upgraded partner tier with 35% recurring commission for up to 12 months. It requires at least 10 active paying referred customers and Socializioz approval. It cannot be self-activated. See Partner program.
Use Settings → Refer & Earn for your referral link, earnings overview, pending payout, paid-to-date amount, stats, and recent referrals. You can also use Open Partner Dashboard for the full partner portal.
No. Partner/referral records and earnings are separate from your own Socializioz subscription. Partner status does not automatically upgrade your plan or bypass publishing and feature entitlements.

Billing and support

The affected creation or publishing action can be blocked until the usage cycle resets or the plan is upgraded. Existing content is not removed only because a limit was reached.
Open Support and choose the billing issue option. Refund eligibility follows the current Refund Policy and checkout terms.
Open Support inside Socializioz to submit and track a support request.
