Answers to the most common questions about using Socializioz. For detailed feature guides, see the links in each answer.

Getting started

Socializioz currently supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Telegram and WhatsApp integrations are coming soon. See connecting accounts for platform-specific requirements.
Socializioz is available as an Android app on Google Play and an iOS app on the Apple App Store. You can also use the web app in any modern browser, or install it as a progressive web app (PWA) on iOS via Safari’s “Add to Home Screen” as a fallback. See download the app for installation steps.
Open the connections page from the sidebar, click the platform you want to connect, and complete the OAuth authorization flow. You must approve all requested permissions for full functionality.
Instagram Business and Creator accounts are connected as isolated professional accounts using Instagram Business Login. A Facebook Page link is not required. The connecting accounts page includes platform-specific requirements and step-by-step instructions.
Yes. Go to Settings > Language and switch to Arabic. The entire interface converts to Arabic with a right-to-left layout. See language settings for details.

Accounts and connections

The account’s OAuth token has expired or been revoked. Go to the connections page and click the affected account to reconnect. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tokens are usually refreshed automatically, but other platforms may require manual reconnection.
It depends on your plan: Free allows 1 account, Starter allows 5, and Professional/Enterprise allow unlimited accounts. See plan comparison for full details.
Yes. You can connect multiple Instagram accounts as long as each one is a Business or Creator account. A Facebook Page link is not required — Socializioz uses Instagram Business Login to connect accounts directly. Each account counts toward your plan’s account limit. See connecting accounts for details.
Disconnecting removes the account from your workspace. Previously published posts are not affected on the platform, but you lose the ability to publish new content or view analytics for that account until you reconnect.

Creating and publishing

You can publish feed posts, stories, reels (Instagram/Facebook), videos (TikTok), and standard posts (X/LinkedIn). The composer shows which content types are available per platform.
Yes. Use the guided content builder to select multiple platforms in the account selection step. A separate post is created for each platform with appropriate formatting.
Failed posts appear on the calendar with a “Failed” status and in the activity log. You can retry immediately, reschedule for a new time, or click Fix with AI Support to troubleshoot. See publishing failures for common causes.
Yes. Switch the action mode to Draft in the composer before saving. Drafts skip validation and can be resumed at any time. See managing drafts.
Each platform has specific resolution, file size, and duration limits. The video resolution reference in the composer docs lists all requirements per platform and content type.

AI features

The AI assistant can generate captions, create images and videos, plan campaigns, schedule posts, analyze performance, and troubleshoot issues. It uses your brand profile to match your brand voice. See AI chat for the full list of capabilities.
Limits depend on your plan: Free gets 5 images and 1 video per month, Starter gets 50 images and 15 videos, Professional gets 200 images and 50 videos, and Enterprise is unlimited. See AI content generation for details.
No. Your prompts are sent to OpenAI, Runway, and Hedra/ElevenLabs for processing but are not used to train their models. See privacy and data for details.
Autonomous mode controls how independently the AI acts on your behalf. On the Starter plan, every AI action requires your approval. On Professional/Enterprise, the AI has reduced approval friction for routine tasks. See autonomous mode.

Scheduling and approvals

Yes, on desktop. You can drag posts between dates and time slots in the month, week, and day views. See drag-and-drop rescheduling.
On Professional and Enterprise plans, scheduled posts go through an approval queue. Owners and admins review pending posts and can approve, reject, or publish immediately. You can also enable auto-approve to skip the queue for trusted posts. See approvals for the full workflow.
The calendar uses your configured timezone from Settings > Profile. If not set, it defaults to your browser’s timezone. See timezone settings.

Teams and workspaces

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans. Go to Settings > Workspace and use the invite section to add members by email. You can assign them as Admin or Member. See team collaboration.
Owner has full control including workspace deletion and billing. Admin can manage settings, members, and content. Member can create and manage content only. See the permissions matrix for a detailed breakdown.
Yes. Create separate workspaces for each brand or client. Each workspace has its own social accounts, campaigns, media, analytics, and billing. You can also create multiple brand profiles within a single workspace for different accounts.
Ownership transfer is handled through the support team for security. Contact support with the workspace name, current owner’s email, and the new owner’s email. See transferring ownership.

Billing and plans

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 social account, 10 posts per month, 5 AI images, 1 AI video, and 50 MB of storage at no cost. See plan comparison.
Socializioz accepts payments through PayPal. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee. See billing cycle.
You receive a warning notification, followed by a 72-hour grace period to upgrade. After the grace period, the affected feature is suspended until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets. No data is lost. See usage limits.
Downgrade to the Free plan from Settings > Billing > Plans. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See cancelling your subscription.
Yes, within 14 days of a monthly charge or 30 days of an annual purchase. Submit a support ticket with the request type set to Billing Issue and include your invoice number. See refund eligibility.

Media library

Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Videos: MP4, QuickTime (MOV), and WebM. Images are limited to 20 MB and videos to 50 MB when importing from a URL. See media library — accepted formats.
Free: 50 MB, Starter: 2 GB, Professional: 10 GB, Enterprise: unlimited. Check your current usage in Settings > Billing > Usage. See storage limits.
Yes. Switch to the Generate tab in the media library to create AI images and videos. You can also use the /image command in AI chat or the Assist panel in the composer. See AI content generation for models, styles, and limits.
Use the search and filter tools to find unused assets, then delete them individually or in bulk using select mode. Download any files you want to keep before deleting. See media library — bulk operations.

Brand profiles and activity

A brand profile stores your brand identity, tone of voice, target audience, and AI personality settings. The AI uses it to generate on-brand captions, images, and videos. You can import settings automatically from your website. See brand profiles.
Yes. Create a separate brand profile for each brand or product line and link the relevant social accounts to each profile. The AI automatically selects the matching profile when you publish to a linked account. See managing multiple profiles.
The activity log shows a chronological record of every event — publishes, failures, connections, uploads, approvals, and AI agent actions. You can filter by platform, type, and date range, and save filter presets for recurring audits.
The activity log does not have a built-in export. For compliance or formal audit trails, take screenshots or use the analytics CSV export for post-level performance data. See activity log — compliance workflows for workarounds.

MCP and integrations

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect your Socializioz workspace to ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP-compatible assistants. You can create drafts, schedule posts, and manage your calendar from external AI tools. It is free for all authenticated users. See Socializioz MCP.
In ChatGPT Desktop, go to Settings > Tools & integrations > MCP tools, click Add, paste the endpoint https://mcp.socializioz.com/mcp, and authorize with your Socializioz account. See MCP setup for ChatGPT for step-by-step instructions.
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans. Socializioz sends webhook notifications to Zapier when posts are scheduled. Contact support to register your webhook URL. See Zapier integration.
No. Socializioz requires an active internet connection. When connectivity drops, a full-screen overlay appears and blocks interaction until the connection is restored. Scheduled posts are not affected because they publish from the server. See offline mode.
Yes. The mobile experience includes a calendar view and the full composer. Tap the Schedule tab in the bottom navigation bar to view and manage your content calendar. See mobile experience for details on the mobile layout.
Open Socializioz in Safari, tap the share icon, and select Add to Home Screen. This installs Socializioz as a progressive web app (PWA) with a native-like experience. See download the app for step-by-step instructions.

Privacy and security

Go to Settings > Delete Account, click Delete Account, review the consequences, and confirm with your email address. This action is permanent and removes all your data. Export your analytics, invoices, and media files first — see the pre-deletion export checklist. See account deletion.
You can export analytics as CSV or PDF from the analytics page, and download invoices as PDF from the billing page. Media files can be downloaded individually from the media library. For a complete list of what to export before deleting your account, see the pre-deletion export checklist.
You can revoke Socializioz’s access from each platform’s settings individually. The privacy and data page has platform-specific instructions for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Troubleshooting

Socializioz requires an active internet connection. The overlay dismisses automatically when connectivity is restored, or tap Try Again to reload. There is no offline mode. See offline behavior.
Push notification delivery is not yet active. The toggle in Settings saves your preference for when the feature launches. Use in-app notifications and email digests in the meantime. See push notification limitations.
Force-close the app from your app switcher, then reopen it. If that does not help, clear the service worker cache. See PWA troubleshooting for step-by-step instructions.
Open the support page from the sidebar. Start with the AI assistant, which runs automatic diagnostics. If needed, escalate to the team after two AI responses. You can also submit a ticket directly from the support form.
