This guide takes you from a freshly connected account to a published post. Follow these steps to learn the core publishing workflow in Socializioz.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:

Step-by-step walkthrough

1

Open the composer

Click Create in the bottom tab bar on mobile, or open the Composer from the workspace sidebar on desktop. If this is your first time, a guided tour walks you through the interface.
2

Select your account

Choose which connected social account should receive the post. Each post targets one account in the standard composer. To publish to multiple platforms at once, use the guided content builder.
3

Pick a content type

After selecting an account, content type buttons appear based on the platform. For example, Instagram offers Feed, Story, and Reel. Select the type that matches your content.
4

Write your caption

Type your caption in the editor. You can also use the AI tools in the toolbar:
  • AI Write — generate a caption from a prompt
  • Enhance — polish an existing draft
  • AI Suggest — generate relevant hashtags
The editor detects your text direction automatically, so you can write in English or Arabic without switching modes.
5

Attach media

Click the + button in the media strip to add images or videos. You can upload from your device, pick from the media library, or generate media with AI from the Assist panel.
Instagram requires media on every post. TikTok requires video specifically. Check the content types table for platform requirements.
6

Review the preflight checklist

Before publishing, check for any blocker hints below the action button. Common blockers include:
  • Missing caption or media for platforms that require them
  • Blocked terms from your campaign settings
  • Missing TikTok privacy or consent settings
If the action button is disabled, a hint explains what to fix.
7

Choose an action

Use the action mode switcher at the bottom of the composer:
ModeWhen to use it
PublishSend the post immediately
SchedulePick a future date and time
DraftSave your work and finish later
For your first post, Publish is the quickest way to see a result.
8

Confirm and publish

Click the action button. A success animation confirms your post was sent to the platform. Click View to jump to the post on the schedule calendar.

Using the guided content builder

If you want to publish to multiple platforms at once, use the guided content builder instead of the standard composer:
1

Open the guided builder

In the composer, tap Guided (or the wizard icon) to switch to the 5-step builder.
2

Connect — choose your accounts

Select one or more destination accounts. The builder supports publishing the same content to multiple platforms in one flow.
3

Platform — pick content types

Choose the content type for each platform (Feed, Story, Reel, Video, or Post). The available types depend on the platform.
4

Media — attach your files

Upload images or videos, select from the media library, or generate media with AI.
5

Caption and review

Write your caption (or use AI Write to generate one), review the preflight checklist, and publish or schedule.

TikTok-specific settings

If you are publishing to TikTok, the composer shows additional settings before you can publish:
  • Privacy level — choose who can view the video (Public, Followers only, or Private)
  • Interaction settings — enable or disable comments, duets, and stitches
  • Commercial content disclosure — indicate if the content promotes a brand or product
  • AI-generated content — indicate if the content was made with AI
  • Music consent — confirm the video does not use copyrighted music
These settings are required by TikTok’s API. The publish button remains disabled until all required fields are completed. See the TikTok settings reference for details.

Scheduling instead of publishing immediately

If you prefer to schedule your first post for a specific time rather than publishing right away:
  1. In the action mode switcher, select Schedule instead of Publish.
  2. Tap the date/time picker and choose when you want the post to go live. The picker is timezone-aware — it uses the timezone configured in your workspace settings.
  3. Tap Schedule. The post appears on your content calendar at the scheduled time.
You can reschedule or cancel the post at any time from the calendar. If your workspace uses approval workflows, scheduled posts may require a reviewer’s approval before they are published.

After you publish

Once your post is live, here is how to track its performance:
  1. Check published posts — open the published posts gallery to see your post with engagement metrics (reach, likes, comments) as the platform reports them.
  2. Review analytics — visit the analytics dashboard to see KPI cards for reach, likes, comments, shares, video views, and engagement rate across all your posts.
  3. Monitor comments — if you published to Facebook or Instagram, open the comments page to view and reply to comments. Use AI reply assist to draft responses quickly.
Metrics can take a few minutes to appear after publishing. Pull to refresh on mobile or switch the date range on desktop to trigger a data update.
