The cookie banner appears on your first visit. It explains what cookies are used for and offers three options.
Choose an option
- Accept all — enables analytics cookies alongside essential cookies.
- Reject non-essential — keeps only essential cookies and disables analytics cookies.
- Customize — opens a preferences panel where you can toggle analytics cookies.
Changing your preferences later
You can update your cookie preferences at any time from the cookie policy page. Your new preferences take effect immediately.Cookie preferences are stored per browser. If you use Socializioz on multiple browsers or devices, you need to set preferences on each one.

AI processing disclosure
When you use AI features — caption generation, image generation, video generation, or the AI chat assistant — your prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. AI-generated outputs are returned to you for review before any content is published. Socializioz does not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. AI prompts may be processed by OpenAI (text and image generation), Runway (video generation), or Hedra with ElevenLabs (character video and voice synthesis), depending on the feature you use. See the third-party processors table for the full list.Third-party processors
Socializioz shares data with the following third-party services:| Processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Base44 | Application runtime and data layer |
| OpenAI | AI text generation (captions, hashtags, chat, comment replies) and image generation (DALL-E 3) |
| Runway (RunwayML) | AI video generation (text-to-video and image-to-video) |
| Hedra | AI video generation (character models with voice synthesis) |
| ElevenLabs | Text-to-speech voices used within Hedra video generation |
| Meta APIs | Publishing to Facebook and Instagram |
| TikTok API | Publishing to TikTok |
| X (Twitter) API | Publishing to X |
| LinkedIn API | Publishing to LinkedIn |
| PayPal | Payment and subscription processing |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and diagnostics |
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways.Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from the settings page. See account deletion for the step-by-step process. When you delete your account through the app, the following data is removed immediately:- Profile information and preferences
- All posts (published, scheduled, and drafts)
- Media library assets and AI-generated content
- Connected account tokens and platform data
- Campaigns and analytics data
- Billing records and subscription data
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to admin@socializioz.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account. Email-based deletion requests are processed within 30 days.Temporarily retained data
After account deletion, some data is retained for a limited period:| Data type | Retention period | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Backups | 30 days | Disaster recovery |
| Legal records | As required by law | Compliance |
| Anonymized aggregates | Indefinite | Product improvement (not tied to your identity) |
Revoking third-party access
Deleting your Socializioz account does not automatically revoke the permissions you granted on social platforms. To fully disconnect, remove Socializioz from each platform’s app settings:- Facebook — Settings > Business Integrations
- Instagram — Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites
- TikTok — Settings > Security and Permissions > Authorized Apps
- LinkedIn — Settings > Data Privacy > Permitted Services
- X — Settings > Security and Account Access > Apps and Sessions
Data portability
Before deleting your account, you can export your data from several areas of the app:- Analytics — export metrics or post-level data as CSV, or download a PDF report from the analytics dashboard (Professional and Enterprise plans)
- Invoices — download individual invoices as PDF from the billing page
There is currently no single-click full data export. To preserve your data, export analytics and download invoices before requesting account deletion.
Data residency and processing
Socializioz processes and stores your data using cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in multiple regions depending on the service:| Service | Processing region |
|---|---|
| Application runtime (Base44) | Determined by the Base44 platform |
| AI text generation (OpenAI) | United States |
| AI video generation (Runway, Hedra) | United States |
| Payment processing (PayPal) | United States / EU |
| Error monitoring (Sentry) | United States |
| Social platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) | Varies by platform |
Socializioz does not currently offer data residency controls or the ability to restrict data processing to a specific geographic region. If your organization requires data residency guarantees, contact support to discuss Enterprise options.
Regulatory compliance
Socializioz is designed with privacy principles that align with major data protection regulations:- GDPR (EU) — you can request access to your data, request correction, request deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Cookie consent is collected before non-essential tracking. Data processing is based on consent and legitimate interest.
- CCPA (California) — you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Socializioz does not sell personal information.
Security practices
Socializioz follows these security principles to protect your data:- Encryption — all data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
- OAuth-only integrations — Socializioz never stores your social media passwords. All platform connections use official OAuth flows.
- Token lifecycle management — access tokens are refreshed automatically when possible and revoked when you disconnect an account.
- Least privilege — the app requests only the permissions needed for each feature.
- Monitoring — runtime monitoring detects and responds to security anomalies.
Legal policies
Socializioz maintains several legal policies that govern your use of the platform. You can access each policy from within the app:| Policy | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Terms of Service | Your agreement with Socializioz covering account usage, content ownership, and service terms |
| Privacy Policy | How your personal data is collected, used, and protected |
| Cookie Policy | Details on cookie categories and tracking technologies used on the site |
| Refund Policy | Eligibility rules and timelines for subscription refunds (see also refund eligibility) |
| Acceptable Use Policy | Rules for appropriate platform usage, prohibited content, and enforcement actions |
| Data Deletion Policy | How account and data deletion requests are processed and what data is retained |
Consent tracking
When you accept policies during checkout or cookie consent, Socializioz records your acceptance with:- Policy versions — each policy listed above is tracked with a version number. If a policy is updated, you are prompted to accept the new version.
- Timestamp — the date and time you accepted.
- Source — where you accepted from (for example, the billing checkout page or the cookie consent banner).

I want to opt out of AI processing
I want to opt out of AI processing
AI features are opt-in — your data is only sent to AI providers when you actively use AI features like caption generation, image generation, or AI chat. If you do not use these features, no data is sent to AI providers. There is no global AI opt-out toggle because the features are already usage-based.
