Socializioz processes account, workspace, content, and integration data needed to provide its features. This page explains the available user controls without replacing the official Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
For the legally controlling terms, use the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Workspace data

A Socializioz workspace can contain:
  • User and workspace profile information.
  • Brand profiles and campaign information.
  • Draft, scheduled, approval, and published-post records.
  • Uploaded and AI-generated media.
  • Connected-account metadata and capability status.
  • Usage, billing, support, notification, and activity records where applicable.
Access is authenticated and scoped to the workspace and the permissions available to the user.

Connected social accounts

Social accounts are connected through provider authorization flows. Socializioz does not ask you to share the social account password directly with the app. The permissions and data available to Socializioz depend on:
  • The provider and account type.
  • The permissions you approve.
  • The capabilities returned by the provider.
  • The current Socializioz plan and workspace role.
Disconnecting an account in Socializioz stops new actions through that connection. To revoke the provider authorization completely, also remove Socializioz from the authorized-app or business-integration settings of the relevant platform.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the prompt and necessary workspace context can be sent to the active generation service to produce the requested result. Current image and video generation use Socializioz’s built-in native media-generation workflow. The underlying generation service or model can change as Socializioz updates the product. The public documentation does not promise a specific processor, model, retention period, training policy, or processing region unless that claim is confirmed in the current Privacy Policy and applicable vendor terms.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in AI prompts, support tickets, captions, or uploaded files.

Generated and uploaded media

Generated media is saved to the Socializioz Media Library when the workflow succeeds. You can review, reuse, download, or delete assets through the available workspace controls. Deleting an asset can affect drafts or campaigns that reference it. Review related content before removal.

Account and workspace deletion

Use the deletion controls shown in Socializioz or contact Support when a self-service option is not available. Current workspace and account deletion use a 7-day recovery period before final purge. While an account or workspace is deletion-pending, ordinary product access to the affected scope is blocked. An eligible recovery can restore it during the 7-day window. After the recovery window expires and final purge occurs, the deletion is irreversible. Restoration does not recreate provider credentials that were already revoked. A restored connection can require reconnecting before Socializioz can use it again, and previously scheduled work should be reviewed rather than assumed to resume automatically. Some records can be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, billing, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations. Exact handling follows the current Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Before deleting an account or workspace, download any invoices, analytics exports, or media you need to keep.

Referral and partner data

If you join Refer & Earn or use a Socializioz referral link, Socializioz can process partner status, referral attribution, referral activity, commission, and payout-related records needed to operate the Partner Program. Partner records and customer-attribution records are maintained separately from ordinary workspace content and from your own Socializioz subscription entitlement. Referral or payout records can also be retained when required for fraud review, disputes, reversals, accounting, tax, compliance, or legal obligations. See Refer & Earn and Partner program.

Billing and support data

Billing and support records are handled separately from ordinary content. Do not assume that deleting a workspace instantly removes records that must be retained for payment, dispute, security, or legal purposes. For a privacy or billing question, submit a request through Support.

Protect your data

  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Review connected accounts regularly.
  • Revoke integrations you no longer use.
  • Keep workspace roles limited to the access each person needs.
  • Review AI-generated content and media before publishing.
  • Never expose OAuth tokens or internal credentials in public content.
