Autonomous mode
Autonomous mode controls how independently the AI agent can act on your behalf when creating and managing content.| Plan | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Free | Not available. You must create and publish all content manually. |
| Starter | The agent can draft and schedule content, but every action requires your approval before it executes. |
| Professional / Enterprise | The agent has an enhanced workflow with reduced approval friction for routine tasks such as scheduling posts and generating captions. |
WhatsApp agent access
WhatsApp agent access is coming soon. It is listed in the feature comparison as a planned capability for Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. You will be notified when it launches.
ROI reporting
ROI reporting is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. This feature provides return-on-investment metrics that combine your engagement data with content effort to help you measure the business impact of your social media activity. ROI data is accessible from the analytics dashboard.Billing cycle
You can choose between monthly and yearly billing. Yearly billing saves 17% — you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Toggle between cycles on the billing page to compare pricing before committing.- Payments are processed through PayPal.
- All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A 14-day money-back guarantee also applies if you are not satisfied.
- You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts.
- The Free plan is available indefinitely.
Upgrading your plan
Review the payment summary
A payment dialog shows the selected plan, billing period, and total amount. Review the details.
Accept terms
Check the box to accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. The PayPal button only appears after you accept these terms. Your acceptance is recorded with versioned policy references.
Complete payment
Click the PayPal button to complete the checkout. You are redirected to PayPal to authorize payment. Do not close the browser tab during processing.
Confirmation
After payment, you are redirected to a confirmation page that shows one of three states:
- Processing — a spinner while the payment is being captured. Do not close the page.
- Success — a confirmation with your new plan name and invoice number. From here you can go to Manage Subscription or Start Creating in the composer.
- Error — if something went wrong, you see the error message with options to Try Again or Talk to AI Support with billing context pre-filled.
Downgrading your plan
Confirm the downgrade
A confirmation dialog explains that the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Click OK to confirm.
What happens when you downgrade
When a downgrade activates at the end of your billing period:- Connected accounts — if you have more accounts than the new plan allows, you need to disconnect the excess before the downgrade period ends. The system does not auto-disconnect accounts, but features that exceed the new plan’s limits become unavailable.
- Campaigns — campaigns above the new plan’s limit become read-only. You can view them but not create new ones until you are within the limit.
- Storage — if your media library exceeds the new plan’s storage cap, you cannot upload new files until you free up space by deleting existing assets.
- Platform access — if the new plan supports fewer platforms (for example, downgrading from Professional to Starter removes TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Telegram), posts to those platforms are no longer available.
- Features — approval workflows, advanced analytics, team collaboration, and other plan-gated features revert to the new plan’s level.
Existing published content is never deleted during a downgrade. Your data remains intact — only the ability to create new content beyond the plan’s limits is restricted.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your paid subscription and return to the Free plan, downgrade to the Free plan from the Plans tab. The system schedules the cancellation to take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your paid features until then. There is no separate “cancel” button. Switching to the Free plan is the cancellation mechanism. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to Free plan limits.14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, submit a support ticket with the request type set to Billing Issue from the support page. Include your invoice number for faster processing.Refund eligibility
- Monthly plans — refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge.
- Annual plans — refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Charges outside this window are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5—10 business days to appear.
- Socializioz reserves the right to decline refund requests that indicate abuse or repeated cancellation-and-resubscribe patterns.
Enterprise plan
For teams that need unlimited access, custom branding, API access, and a dedicated account manager, click Contact Us on the Enterprise card. An inquiry form opens where you provide:- Your name and email (required)
- Company name
- Team size (1—10, 11—50, 51—200, 200+)
- Additional notes describing your requirements
Enterprise-only features
Enterprise plans include capabilities that are not available on other tiers:| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| API access | Programmatic access to your workspace data and publishing capabilities through the Socializioz API. Contact the team during onboarding to receive API credentials and documentation. |
| Custom branding | White-label options for client-facing reports and shared content. Your brand identity replaces Socializioz branding in exported PDFs and shared links. |
| Dedicated account manager | A named contact on the Socializioz team who handles onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support for your organization. |
| SLA agreement | A service-level agreement guaranteeing uptime targets and response times. SLA terms are defined during the Enterprise onboarding process. |
| Custom/private MCP tools | Enterprise-specific custom MCP tools for private company/internal systems. See Socializioz MCP for the standard user-facing MCP connection available to authenticated users. |
Enterprise feature details — including API endpoints, branding options, and SLA terms — are provided during onboarding. Contact the team through the Enterprise inquiry form to get started.
Fair usage policy
Enterprise “Unlimited” limits are subject to a fair usage policy: up to 100 AI images, 50 AI videos, and 50 AI reels per day per user. If you need higher daily throughput, contact the team for a custom plan. See AI content generation — Enterprise fair usage for more context.Current plan overview
The billing page shows your current plan at the top, including:- Plan name and status badge (Active or Free)
- Billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Renewal date and days remaining until renewal
Tracking usage
The Usage tab on the billing page shows how much of your plan’s monthly limits you have used. Each resource displays a progress bar with the current count and maximum:| Resource | What it tracks |
|---|---|
| AI images | Images generated with AI tools this month |
| AI videos | Videos generated with AI tools this month |
| AI reels | Reels generated this month |
| Posts | Posts published this month (Free: 10, Starter: 100, Professional: 500, Enterprise: unlimited) |
| Storage | Total media storage used across your library (Free: 50 MB, Starter: 2 GB, Professional: 10 GB, Enterprise: unlimited) |
What happens when you exceed a limit
When your usage reaches 100% of any resource, Socializioz begins a three-stage enforcement process:- Warning notification — you receive an in-app notification (in both English and Arabic) that you have reached your limit. The notification links to the billing page so you can upgrade immediately.
- 72-hour grace period — you have 72 hours to either upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. During the grace period you can continue using the platform, but the overage warning remains visible.
- Feature suspension — if the grace period expires without an upgrade or cycle reset, the resources that exceeded their limits are suspended. You receive a notification confirming which features are paused. Upgrade your plan to restore access immediately.
Auto-upgrade suggestions
If you have enabled auto-upgrade in your subscription preferences, the system suggests the next plan tier when you hit a limit instead of starting the grace period countdown. You still need to confirm the upgrade manually — auto-upgrade does not charge you automatically.Enforced limits without meters
Social accounts and campaigns have plan-based limits (see the plan comparison table) but do not appear as usage meters on the billing page. Instead, these limits are enforced when you try to connect a new account or create a new campaign:- Social accounts — if you have reached your plan’s account limit, the connections page blocks new connections with an upgrade prompt.
- Campaigns — if you have reached your plan’s campaign limit, the campaigns page prevents creating new campaigns until you upgrade or delete existing ones.
Invoices
The Invoices tab shows your complete billing history. Each invoice entry includes:- Invoice number — a unique reference
- Date — when the invoice was issued
- Amount — the total charged, including currency
- Status — Paid, Pending, or Failed
Invoice detail page
The invoice detail page shows a complete, printable record of a single transaction:- Header — invoice number, status badge (Paid, Pending, or Failed), and the SocializioZ logo
- From / Bill-to — the SocializioZ company details alongside your name, email, and country
- Dates — invoice date, payment date (if paid), and billing period end date
- Itemized breakdown — plan name, billing cycle (monthly or annual), and subtotal
- Proration credits — if you switched plans mid-cycle, the unused portion of your previous plan appears as a credit line in green
- Tax — tax rate and amount (displayed only when applicable)
- Total — final amount with currency
- Payment info — PayPal transaction ID and payment method (shown for completed payments)
Proration credits
When you upgrade mid-cycle, Socializioz calculates a proration credit for the unused time on your previous plan. This credit is subtracted from the cost of the new plan on your next invoice. The credit appears as a green line item labeled “Proration Credit” on the invoice detail page.Failed payments
If an invoice shows a Failed status, a Fix with AI Support button appears next to it. Click it to open the support page with your billing context pre-filled so the AI assistant can help resolve the payment issue. Common reasons for payment failure:- Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or an expired card
- The PayPal transaction was declined by your bank
- A temporary network or processing error during checkout
Deep-linking to billing
You can link directly to a specific plan or billing cycle using URL parameters:?plan=starter— pre-selects the Starter plan card?billing=yearly— switches the billing cycle toggle to yearly
?plan=professional&billing=yearly) opens the billing page with the Professional plan highlighted and yearly pricing shown. This is useful for sharing upgrade links with team members.
Admin subscription management
If your account has the admin role, you can access the admin subscription dashboard in two ways:- Click the Admin Panel link (shield icon) in the workspace sidebar — this link is only visible to admin accounts
- Click Manage All Subscriptions at the top of the billing page
The admin subscription dashboard is only visible to accounts with the admin role. Regular workspace owners, admins, and members do not see the sidebar link or the billing page shortcut.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard displays summary stat cards at the top — total subscribers, active count, Professional and Starter breakdowns, past-due count, and cancelled count. Below the stats, three tabs organize the dashboard:- Subscriptions — a searchable, filterable table of all user subscriptions
- Audit Log — a chronological list of every admin action taken on subscriptions
- Alerts — flags subscriptions that need attention, such as past-due payments or suspended accounts
Filtering and searching
Use the search bar to find a user by name, email, or user ID. Two dropdown filters narrow the list further:- Status — filter by Active, Cancelled, Past Due, or Suspended
- Plan — filter by Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise
Admin actions
From the subscriptions table, you can perform the following actions on any user’s subscription:| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Upgrade | Move the user to a higher plan immediately. Select the target plan from a picker and optionally add a reason. |
| Downgrade | Move the user to a lower plan. Select the target plan and optionally add a reason. |
| Refund | Issue a refund to the user. Enter the refund amount in USD and an optional reason. |
| Cancel | Cancel the user’s subscription. Provide a reason for the audit log. |
Audit log
The Audit Log tab shows the 50 most recent admin actions in reverse chronological order. Each entry includes the action type, the affected user, the admin who performed it, a timestamp, and the reason (if provided). Use this log to track changes and maintain an audit trail for billing operations.Alerts
The Alerts tab surfaces subscriptions that need your attention:- Past-due payments — shows the number of subscriptions with overdue payments
Managing your subscription from settings
You can also access a compact billing summary from Settings > Billing, which shows:- Your current plan with a quick link to the full billing page
- Your most recent invoices with status badges
- Quick access to invoice details
Guarantee badges
The billing page displays three trust indicators:- 14-Day Guarantee — free trial on all paid plans, plus a full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Cancel Anytime — no long-term contracts
- Secure Payment — payments processed securely through PayPal
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Resolution |
|---|---|
| PayPal checkout does not load | Disable ad blockers or browser extensions that may block PayPal scripts. Try a different browser or incognito mode. |
| Payment succeeded but plan did not upgrade | Refresh the billing page. If your plan still shows the old tier after a few minutes, contact support with your PayPal transaction ID. |
| Cannot downgrade to Free plan | Ensure you are on the Plans tab in billing. Click Downgrade on the Free plan card. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. |
| Invoice shows “Failed” status | Click Fix with AI Support next to the failed invoice to open a pre-filled support chat. Common causes include insufficient PayPal funds or an expired linked card. |
| Usage counter seems wrong | Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle, not the calendar month. Check your renewal date on the billing page to confirm when your cycle resets. |
| Yearly vs monthly savings not showing | Toggle between Monthly and Yearly on the plans tab to compare pricing. Yearly billing saves approximately 17%. |
