The Workspace overview is the command surface you see when you open an active Socializioz workspace. It is designed to answer two questions quickly:
  1. What needs attention next?
  2. Where do I want to work?
Socializioz workspace overview and navigation

Context-aware guidance

At the top of the overview, Socializioz can surface a small rotating recommendation based on the current workspace state. Examples include:
  • Connect the first channel when the workspace has no connected accounts.
  • Repair a connection that needs attention.
  • Complete Brand Command when important brand context is missing.
  • Finish an existing draft.
  • Create content when the schedule is empty.
  • Review an active campaign.
  • Build the Media Library when it is empty.
  • Review Analytics after published work exists.
  • Ask the Agent to identify the highest-value next action.
  • Connect an external AI client through Socializioz MCP.
The guidance uses current workspace context. It is a recommendation, not an automatic action.

Brand Command

The Brand Command card gives the active workspace one clear identity surface. Depending on the current brand state, it can show:
  • Brand or workspace name.
  • Brand logo or initial.
  • Website and short brand description where available.
  • Brand-profile completeness.
  • Connected-channel count.
  • A reconnect warning when a channel needs attention.
Available actions can include:
  • Open Brand Profile or Create Brand Profile.
  • Scan Website to bring public website context into the brand editor for review.
  • Brand Channels to manage which workspace channels are associated with the brand context.
See Brand Command for the full brand workflow. The Jump to carousel is the main navigation surface in the overview. It contains seven operating destinations: The center card is the active carousel selection. Neighboring cards remain visible so you can understand the surrounding destinations without turning the page into a grid of unrelated boxes. You can move through the carousel by:
  • Dragging or swiping horizontally.
  • Using the previous/next controls.
  • Using the carousel position indicators.
  • Using left/right keyboard arrows when the carousel has focus.
Changing the highlighted card does not open a destination automatically. Open the selected card to navigate there.

Live card context

Where useful, carousel cards use real workspace data rather than fake demo values. Examples include:
  • Schedule can show the current number of scheduled posts.
  • Campaigns can reflect active, draft, and completed campaign counts.
  • Media Library can show recent workspace assets and the asset count.
  • Channels can show the number of connected accounts.
A decorative preview is not the source of truth for a workflow. Open the destination when you need its full current state.

Workspace scope

The overview resolves its data against the active workspace. Switching workspace changes the brand context, channel state, campaigns, posts, media, and recommendations shown by the overview. Do not assume an item from another workspace is available simply because the same user can access both workspaces.

New-workspace state

For a new or incomplete workspace, the overview prioritizes setup instead of pretending there is operational data to review. You may see guidance to:
  1. Complete onboarding.
  2. Create or finish the brand profile.
  3. Connect a social channel.
  4. Add media.
  5. Create the first post or campaign.
Once real workspace activity exists, the overview shifts toward execution and review actions.

Mobile

On mobile, Socializioz uses its mobile navigation and responsive workspace surfaces rather than reproducing the desktop carousel at the same size. See Mobile experience for the current tab bar, navigation, and mobile-specific behavior.
