Workflow Canvas is Socializioz’s visual workspace for turning an idea into a connected sequence of media creation, refinement and publishing preparation. Each project holds a graph of connected nodes and their settings; finished output files are saved separately in the Media Library. Availability: Canvas is included with Starter, Pro and eligible Enterprise plans. The Advanced AI Studio interface must also be enabled for the account. Free users may be shown a plan-upgrade option instead of an active Canvas.

Open or create a project

  1. Open Media Library.
  2. Open Canvas from the Media controls, or switch to Workflow Canvas from Advanced AI Studio.
  3. Create a project or reopen an existing one in the current workspace.
  4. Canvas can open in a full-screen editor on desktop, providing more space for connected work.
Projects and library assets have different lifecycles: a project contains your creative process; the Media Library holds the original and generated files.

Understand the node types

Use Add node or the node menu to insert steps. The current editor permits up to 40 nodes in a graph; remove unused nodes if you reach that limit.

Build your first workflow

  1. Add an Image generator. Select its model, output ratio and any other supported controls. Enter a concrete prompt.
  2. Review the Creative Credit quote for the active generation and approve the amount when requested.
  3. Generate and inspect the result. A node can be running while other parts of the project remain editable.
  4. Add a Video generator and connect a compatible image output to its first-frame or reference input.
  5. Select the video model, duration and settings; check that its input supports the connection you made.
  6. Get a new quote for this video request, approve where required, then generate.
  7. Add a Publish to social media node or open the saved asset in the Post Composer to finish a platform-specific post.
Connections transfer compatible media outputs between nodes; they do not bypass a model’s reference restrictions. If a connection is rejected, check media type, input slot and model settings. The toolbar provides Select (V), Hand (H), Cut wires (X), Add node, Upload media, Media Library, Sticky note, and Undo/Redo. You can move, connect, duplicate, resize or remove supported nodes, and update their model or prompt. An existing saved media asset is not automatically deleted by removing a node. Canvas can preserve work between visits, but save before leaving if warned about unsaved changes. If a save fails, resolve the error rather than assuming the latest edits were persisted.

Combine video clips into one output

  1. Add Video Combiner.
  2. Connect or select 2–10 video clips from completed outputs or saved media.
  3. Preview the sequence, reorder clips and open the trim controls if you need a shorter segment.
  4. Select the supported output settings and optionally configure music when available.
  5. Choose Combine and verify that the finished video is saved in the Media Library.
The combiner processes saved video clips. It does not convert an image or arbitrary document into a video by itself, and its output remains subject to social-platform media validation.

Credits, approvals and generation status

  • Each generation can incur its own charge. Canvas plan eligibility does not include free or unlimited model usage.
  • The quote belongs to the selected node, model and settings. Changing those values can invalidate an earlier approval.
  • Eligible generations place a temporary hold on the billing owner’s Creative Credit wallet; successful outcomes settle the applicable cost and release unused held credits.
  • A pending or uncertain generation does not mean the file was saved. Check job history and Media Library before retrying to avoid duplicate provider requests and charges.
  • Combining clips is a separate operation; review its available status and cost information when offered.
See Creative Credits for credit allowances, top-ups, and refunds.

Move from Canvas to a real post

A Publish to social media node uses the existing Socializioz post lifecycle. Choose the connected destination, compose the text, verify media requirements, and take the available draft, approval, schedule or publish action. A node showing a generated output is not proof of publication. Inspect the returned post status or Publishing Hub for provider confirmation.
