Choose your video AI provider

When generating videos from the AI content generation panel, you can now choose between Hedra and Runway. Hedra offers character-focused models with start and end keyframe uploads. Runway includes Gen-4.5, Veo 3.1, and Veo 3 models with configurable aspect ratios, durations up to 10 seconds, and audio support. Each model shows a credit cost estimate before you generate.

Website screenshots in chat

Ask the AI chat assistant to capture a screenshot of any website — for competitor research, inspiration, or reference. The screenshot renders inline with options to view full-screen, download as PNG, or save to your media library. Ad blockers and cookie banners are removed automatically.

Campaign mind maps

When the AI chat assistant generates a campaign plan, it now renders an interactive mind map with expandable nodes for brand analysis, competitor insights, market trends, and an optimal posting schedule. Each node reveals detailed data like competitor follower counts, hashtag popularity, and content ideas.

Slash commands and quick actions in chat

Type / in the AI chat to open a searchable command palette for common tasks. Type @ to reference a specific connected account or campaign in your message. A quick action bar also gives you one-tap buttons for frequent workflows like “Run Audit,” “Plan Content,” or “Generate Image.”

AI prompt enhancement

A new Enhance button in the AI content generation panel rewrites a simple description into a detailed, platform-optimized prompt — factoring in your target platform, language, and industry — so your generated images and videos come out better with less effort.

Image style presets

Choose from four visual styles — Realistic, Illustration, Minimal, or Cinematic — before generating an AI image. The selected style shapes the output so you get the aesthetic you want without manual prompt engineering.

Import media from URL

Paste any public image or video URL to import it into your media library. In AI chat, sharing a media URL automatically shows an inline preview with options to save it or attach it to a post.

Video resolution checks

Videos in the composer and media library now show resolution badges that validate against each platform’s requirements — aspect ratio, file size, duration, and pixel dimensions. Green means ready to go, amber flags suboptimal quality, and red highlights blockers you need to fix before publishing.

Automatic token refresh

Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts are now checked hourly for expiring tokens. If a token is close to expiring, it refreshes automatically in the background. If auto-refresh fails, you get a notification prompting you to reconnect — preventing silent publishing failures.

Smart diagnostics on the support page

When you open the support page, background diagnostics scan for common issues — expiring tokens, connection errors, and recently failed posts. Detected problems appear with a pre-filled Start ticket button so you can get help in one click.

Multi-agent transparency in chat

Complex tasks in the AI chat now show expandable cards for each specialist agent involved — Growth Strategist, Creative Agent, Content Optimizer, and others. You can see which functions are being called and their results, giving you visibility into how the AI reaches its recommendations.

Contextual onboarding tooltips

New users see helpful hints at key interface points — the composer, connections, analytics, AI chat, and media library. Each tooltip explains what the section does and dismisses after you’ve seen it once. When the AI chat assistant retrieves TikTok videos — yours or a competitor’s — they appear in a scrollable gallery with views, likes, and engagement metrics at a glance.

System status page

A public status page now shows the operational state of core systems: the application, publishing integrations, billing, and AI services.
