# Google Sheets exports

> Export a Socializioz Brand Profile or Campaign into a new Google Sheet, with Google connection handled inside the export.

**Google Sheets export is an established Socializioz feature.** You can create a **new Google spreadsheet** from supported Brand Profile or Campaign information, without manually recreating the data in Sheets.

## Export a Brand Profile

1. Open **Brand Command** and select the Brand Profile you want to export.
2. In the profile's settings, choose **Export to Google Sheets**.
3. If Google Sheets is not already authorized, complete the Google sign-in and permissions popup. The export resumes automatically after authorization.
4. When Socializioz confirms success, choose **Open sheet** to open the newly created spreadsheet.

The exported sheet can organize the selected brand information, including available overview, voice/tone, brand colors, audience and connected account information.

## Export a Campaign

1. Open **Campaigns** and select the campaign.
2. Use **Export to Google Sheets** from its campaign details or associated export controls.
3. Complete Google authorization if prompted. You do **not** need to navigate to Connections first just to export.
4. Choose **Open sheet** when the export reports success.

The campaign exporter builds a new sheet from the available campaign brief, schedule, planned content/posts and relevant information. The output may contain multiple formatted tabs.

## How authorization and exports work

* The integration connects to the signed-in user's Google account and uses the approved **Google Sheets app-user connector**.
* The supported export uses the limited Google Drive `drive.file` permission: Socializioz can create and work with its own exported spreadsheet, **not browse your entire Google Sheets library**.
* Each completed export creates a **new spreadsheet** rather than silently overwriting an arbitrary file in Google Drive.
* Once connected, subsequent exports can use the existing authorized connection.
* Supported export history may be visible from the originating Socializioz interface.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to do |
| - | - |
| Google popup blocked | Allow the Socializioz authorization popup in your browser and retry the export |
| Authorization cancelled or expired | Start the export again and complete Google sign-in |
| Google connection changed | Use Export again to reconnect before the next attempt |
| Export outcome uncertain | **Check Google Drive and your recent exports first.** A sheet may already have been created before a later step failed; blindly repeating the action can create duplicates |
| Cannot browse an existing spreadsheet | The current export connector is designed to create app-owned sheets, not enumerate every spreadsheet in your Google Drive |

This is an export from Socializioz to Google Sheets. It does **not** authorize Google to publish social posts or automatically synchronize arbitrary edits from the exported Sheet into Socializioz.

## Availability

Google Sheets is an established integration, including in the current **Free** plan presentation. Access to a particular export still depends on the signed-in Socializioz account, valid workspace permissions and an authorized Google connection.
