## Workspace and identity

| Term | Definition |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Workspace** | The operating scope that contains the brand context, connected accounts, campaigns, posts, media, team access, and other Socializioz records available to its members. |
| **Active workspace** | The workspace currently selected for an action. Account, post, asset, campaign, and Agent operations should resolve against this scope. |
| **Workspace role** | The user's authorized level of access inside a workspace. Roles can affect settings, approvals, team management, and other consequential actions. |
| **Workspace overview** | The main workspace dashboard and navigation surface for moving into core Socializioz workflows. See [Workspace overview](/features/workspace-overview). |

| **Brand profile** | The stored brand record associated with a workspace. Fresh instructions for a specific task can still override saved preferences when appropriate. |

## Accounts and integrations

| Term | Definition |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Connected account** | A social account authorized for use in a Socializioz workspace. Connection does not automatically mean every publishing, analytics, inbox, or engagement capability is available. |
| **Connection health** | The current authorization and capability state of a connected account, such as healthy, reconnect required, or limited capability. |
| **Publishing entitlement** | Whether the current plan permits publishing to a destination. Connecting an account and being entitled to publish to it are separate checks. |
| **OAuth** | The provider authorization flow used to connect supported services without giving Socializioz the provider password directly. |
| **Integration** | A connection between Socializioz and an external social platform, productivity service, messaging surface, or supported AI client. Different integration types expose different capabilities. |
| **WhatsApp AI Agent** | A supported Agent access surface on eligible plans. It is not the same thing as a direct social publishing destination. |

| **Draft** | An editable post that has not entered the active publishing queue. Drafts can preserve incomplete work before publish-time validation is satisfied. |
