## Product and access

    Socializioz is an AI-powered social media workspace for creating content, managing connected accounts, planning campaigns, scheduling posts, reviewing approvals, and tracking performance. You can work through the Socializioz Agent or use the composer, calendar, Media Library, and Publishing Hub directly.

  <Accordion title="Is Socializioz available on mobile?">
    Yes. Socializioz is available on iOS and Android, and the web app works in supported desktop and mobile browsers.

  <Accordion title="Does Socializioz support Arabic?">
    Yes. Socializioz includes Arabic language support and a right-to-left interface.

## Plans and social platforms

  <Accordion title="How many social accounts can I connect?">
    All current plans allow unlimited connected social accounts. Your plan controls which publishing platforms and advanced features are available.

  <Accordion title="Which publishing platforms are included?">
    Free includes Facebook and Instagram. Starter adds X. Pro adds TikTok and LinkedIn. Enterprise includes the supported publishing platforms with custom limits and setup. See [plans and billing](/account/plans-and-billing).

  <Accordion title="Is Telegram supported?">
    Telegram Agent and alerts are available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Telegram is currently an agent and messaging integration, not a direct social publishing platform.

  <Accordion title="Is WhatsApp supported?">
    WhatsApp is coming soon. It should not be treated as an active publishing, inbox, or agent integration until it is shown as available in the app.

  <Accordion title="What are the paid plan prices?">
    Starter is $29.99 per month or $299 per year. Pro is $69.99 per month or $699 per year. Enterprise pricing is custom.

## AI images and video

  <Accordion title="Can Socializioz generate images and videos?">
    Yes. Image and video generation are available directly inside the Socializioz app. Generated assets are saved to the Media Library for use in posts and campaigns.

  <Accordion title="Which video model is used?">
    The current Socializioz video engine uses Google Veo 3. Videos can be generated in 4, 6, or 8 second durations and in 9:16 or 16:9 formats.

  <Accordion title="How many AI images and videos can I generate?">
    Free includes 5 images and 1 video per month. Starter includes 50 images and 15 videos. Pro includes 200 images and 50 videos. Enterprise includes unlimited usage unless a custom agreement sets different limits.

## Publishing and approvals

  <Accordion title="Can I save drafts and schedule posts?">
    Yes. Drafting and scheduling are built into Socializioz and run through the app and its backend services.

  <Accordion title="How do approvals work?">
    Approval workflows are available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Eligible posts can be submitted for review before scheduling or publishing. Required approval and publishing validations cannot be bypassed by the Agent or an external AI client.

  <Accordion title="What happens when a scheduled post fails?">
    The failed state remains visible in the relevant Socializioz workflow. Review the error, correct the account, permission, media, timing, or content issue, then retry or reschedule when that action is available.

## ChatGPT, MCP, and integrations

  <Accordion title="Can I use Socializioz in ChatGPT?">
    Yes. Socializioz is publicly available through ChatGPT Apps. External AI and MCP access are included on Pro and Enterprise plans.

  <Accordion title="What can Socializioz MCP do?">
    The current tools can read user, workspace, brand, and connected-account context; create and update drafts; list and retrieve posts; send posts for approval; schedule and reschedule posts; and cancel scheduled posts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I connect Socializioz to Claude?">
    Yes, through Claude's supported remote connector settings when available for your account. Use the connector interface rather than an old local desktop JSON configuration.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I connect Socializioz to Zapier?">
    No. Zapier support has been removed. Socializioz scheduling and publishing workflows run directly inside the app.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which integrations are currently documented?">
    Current integrations include Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Telegram Agent and alerts, ChatGPT Apps, and supported MCP clients. Exact capabilities can depend on your plan and the options shown in the app.

## Billing and support

  <Accordion title="What happens when I reach a usage limit?">
    The affected creation or publishing action can be blocked until the usage cycle resets or the plan is upgraded. Existing content is not removed only because a limit was reached.

  <Accordion title="How do I request billing help or a refund?">
    Open Support and choose the billing issue option. Refund eligibility follows the current Refund Policy and checkout terms.
  </Accordion>
