# Connecting social accounts

> Connect supported social accounts and check which publishing platforms are available on Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

Connect social accounts from the **Connections** page in your Socializioz workspace. Available publishing platforms depend on your plan and on the permissions granted by each social network.

## Publishing platforms by plan

| Platform  | Free | Starter | Pro | Enterprise |
| --------- | ---- | ------- | --- | ---------- |
| Facebook  | Yes  | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| Instagram | Yes  | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| X         | No   | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| TikTok    | No   | No      | Yes | Yes        |
| LinkedIn  | No   | No      | Yes | Yes        |

All plans can connect an unlimited number of supported social accounts. The plan controls which platforms can be used, not the number of connected accounts.

<Note>
  Telegram is currently used for the Socializioz Agent and alerts. It is not listed here as a direct publishing platform. WhatsApp is coming soon.
</Note>

## Connect an account

1. Open **Connections**.
2. Select the platform you want to connect.
3. Choose **Connect** or **Reconnect**.
4. Complete the provider authorization screen.
5. Select the available page, profile, or account when required.
6. Return to Socializioz and confirm the account status.

Socializioz uses OAuth-based authorization. You do not share your social account password with Socializioz.

## Platform notes

* **Facebook and Instagram:** Complete Meta authorization and select the correct Page or professional Instagram account when requested.
* **X:** Available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise.
* **TikTok and LinkedIn:** Available on Pro and Enterprise.
* **Telegram Agent:** Available on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise for content requests and supported alerts.
* **WhatsApp:** Coming soon and not yet publicly active.

A connected account can expose different capabilities depending on the platform, account type, granted permissions, and provider review status.

## Connection health

Reconnect an account when Socializioz reports an expired token, missing permission, or failed authorization. Connecting an account does not bypass workspace, media, approval, or publishing rules.
