# Connections

> Monitor account health, manage connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn accounts, and troubleshoot OAuth errors from the connections dashboard.

The **Connections** page is the account-management hub for your workspace. Use it to connect supported social accounts, check whether an account is ready to publish, and repair expired or incomplete authorizations.

## Publishing platforms by plan

| Platform  | Free | Starter | Pro | Enterprise |
| --------- | ---- | ------- | --- | ---------- |
| Facebook  | Yes  | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| Instagram | Yes  | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| X         | No   | Yes     | Yes | Yes        |
| TikTok    | No   | No      | Yes | Yes        |
| LinkedIn  | No   | No      | Yes | Yes        |

All plans can connect an unlimited number of supported social accounts. The plan controls which publishing platforms are available, not the number of accounts you can connect.

<Note>
  Telegram is currently used for the Socializioz Agent and alerts. It is not a direct publishing platform. WhatsApp is coming soon and should not be treated as an active connection.
</Note>

## Connect an account

  <Step title="Choose a platform">
    Open **Connections** and select an available platform.
  </Step>

    Return to Socializioz and check that the account appears with a healthy connection state.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Socializioz uses provider authorization. You do not give Socializioz your social-network password directly.

## Account health

A connected account can show different states depending on its token, permissions, account type, and platform capabilities.

| State              | Meaning                                                                | Action                                          |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Healthy | The connection is available for its supported actions | No action required |
| Needs reconnect | Authorization expired, was revoked, or is missing required permissions | Reconnect the account |
| Limited capability | The provider or account type does not allow every Socializioz action | Review the account type and granted permissions |

Platform capabilities can differ. A connected account may support publishing while exposing limited analytics, comments, inbox, or profile data.

## Reconnect an account

1. Open **Connections**.
2. Select the account showing an authorization or permission problem.
3. Choose **Reconnect**.
4. Complete the provider authorization flow again.
5. Approve the required permissions and confirm the account returns to a healthy state.

Reconnect before retrying failed scheduled posts when the failure is related to authentication or permissions.

## Disconnect an account

Disconnecting removes that account from the active Socializioz workspace connection. It does not delete content that was already published on the social network.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting can prevent drafts or scheduled posts targeting that account from publishing. Review pending content before removing the connection.
</Warning>

To revoke Socializioz completely at the provider level, also remove it from the authorized-app or business-integration settings of the relevant social network.

## Quick create

Where available, use the create action on a connected-account card to open the Composer with that account already selected.
