# AI Chat assistant

> Use the Socializioz AI Agent to plan, draft, review, schedule, and audit social media work from chat, with clear approval and publishing boundaries.

AI Chat is the guided workspace for working with the Socializioz Agent. Use it when you want to describe an outcome in plain language and move from an idea to a reviewed draft, campaign plan, generated asset, schedule, or performance summary.

  AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing, especially when it includes prices, dates, offers, factual claims, legal language, or client-facing commitments.

## What the Agent can help with

* Drafting and improving captions.
* Suggesting hooks, hashtags, calls to action, and content variations.
* Planning campaigns and content calendars.
* Generating image ideas and prompts.
* Creating supported AI images.
* Preparing content for scheduling or approval.
* Summarizing available analytics and suggesting next actions.
* Troubleshooting connection and publishing problems.
* Using workspace, account, campaign, and brand context when available.

The Agent cannot bypass plan gates, missing permissions, disconnected accounts, platform validation, required media, approval rules, or backend publishing checks.

## Recommended workflow

    Do not assume an action succeeded. Verify the returned status and use [Activity Log](/features/activity-log) when you need an audit trail.

## Account and brand context

AI Chat works best when the correct workspace, connected account, campaign, and brand profile are selected. If no brand profile is available, generated content can be more generic.

## Media and attachments

You can attach supported images and files from the available upload and Media Library controls. Generated images are saved to the Media Library when the generation succeeds.

## External AI access

Pro and Enterprise plans can use [Socializioz MCP](/socializioz-mcp) with supported external AI clients. The MCP surface focuses on authenticated workspace context, drafts, approvals, and scheduling.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem                          | What to check                                                                 |
| -------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Responses are too generic        | Select the correct account or campaign and complete the Brand profile.        |
| Content does not match the brand | Review tone, audience, guidelines, and linked accounts in Brand profiles.     |
| An action did not happen         | Check the returned result, Publishing Hub, and Activity Log.                  |
| The Agent cannot use an account  | Confirm the account is connected, healthy, and available on the current plan. |
| A feature is unavailable         | Check [Plans and billing](/account/plans-and-billing).                        |
