# Activity log

> Audit a timeline of every action across your Socializioz workspace, including publishing events, account connections, edits, approvals, and AI agent runs.

The Activity Log provides a chronological view of supported events in your Socializioz workspace. Use it to review publishing activity, connection changes, approvals, failures, and other recorded actions.

## View workspace activity

Open **Activity Log** from the workspace navigation. Entries can include:

* The action or event.
* The related platform when applicable.
* The current state, such as scheduled, published, or failed.
* The recorded date and time.

The exact event details depend on the workflow and platform involved.

## Filter the log

Use the available filters to narrow the timeline by platform, event type, or date range. Combining filters is useful when reviewing a specific publishing incident or campaign period.

Common reviews include:

| Review              | Suggested filter                                   |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Publishing failures | Failed events                                      |
| Scheduled activity  | Scheduled events and a date range                  |
| One platform        | Select Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn |
| Connection issues   | Account connection and reconnect events            |
| Approval activity   | Approval-related events                            |

## Investigate a failed post

1. Filter the log for **Failed** events.
2. Open the relevant event and review the available error details.
3. Check the connected account status.
4. Verify the media and content meet the platform requirements.
5. Return to the Publishing Hub or calendar to correct, retry, or reschedule the post when that action is available.

The Activity Log records the event; publishing and scheduling actions remain controlled by the Socializioz app and backend.

## Export and record keeping

The Activity Log does not currently provide a dedicated export workflow. For a focused record:

* Apply the relevant filters.
* Print the filtered view to PDF from your browser when supported.
* Use Analytics exports for supported performance data.
* Download billing invoices separately from Billing.

Activity Log review and export options are handled through the controls currently available inside Socializioz.

## What the Activity Log does not replace

The Activity Log is an operational history, not a guarantee that every external platform event will appear instantly. For the current state of a post, account, or approval, open the corresponding Socializioz workspace screen.

It also does not bypass permissions or expose hidden workspace data. Users see activity available to their authenticated workspace context.
