> Instagram accounts now connect via isolated Business Login with no Facebook Page required, simplifying setup and reducing OAuth permission scope.

  ## Isolated Instagram Business Login

  Instagram connections now use Instagram Business Login as a standalone flow. You no longer need a linked Facebook Page to connect your Instagram Business or Creator account. The pre-connect setup sheet has been updated to reflect the new requirements: your account must be a professional account, and publishing support depends on your account's Instagram Platform eligibility.

  If you connected Instagram before this change, reconnect from the [Connections](/getting-started/connecting-accounts) page to switch to the new flow.
