# Refer & Earn

> Join the Socializioz Partner Program, get your referral link, track referred customers and earnings, and understand how referral attribution works.

Refer & Earn lets eligible Socializioz users join the **Socializioz Partner Program**, share a tracked referral link, and earn commission when referred customers become eligible paying Socializioz customers.

The in-app **Refer & Earn** area gives you a simple view of your partner status, referral link, earnings, and recent referrals. The full partner portal provides the underlying referral dashboard and program controls.

## Join the program

<Steps>

    In Socializioz, open **Settings → Refer & Earn**.

  <Step title="Review the Partner Terms">
    Read the current Partner Terms before joining. The terms shown during enrollment control your participation in the program.

  <Step title="Join Partner Program">
    Submit the partner enrollment request. Partner participation is subject to review and approval.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use your referral link">
    After approval, use **Your Referral Link** / **Copy Link** to share the tracked link with people you genuinely refer to Socializioz.

  <Step title="Track results">
    Review **Earnings Overview**, **Your Stats**, and **Recent Referrals** in Socializioz, or open the full Partner Dashboard for additional detail.

## Standard partner reward

The current standard Socializioz Partner Program provides:

* **30% recurring commission** on eligible referred customer payments.
* Commission eligibility for up to **12 months** from the referred customer's qualifying paid relationship, subject to the Partner Terms.
* A **120-day referral attribution window** after a tracked referral visit, subject to the program's attribution rules.
* Partner participation and commissions subject to review, fraud controls, refunds, disputes, reversals, and the current Partner Terms.

## How referral attribution works

A referral must come through your issued Socializioz referral link so the visit can be attributed to your partner account.

In general:

1. A person opens Socializioz through your referral link.
2. The referral is recorded for attribution within the active attribution window.
3. The person signs up as a new Socializioz customer.
4. When the referred customer produces an eligible paid event, the corresponding commission can become part of your partner earnings subject to program rules and review.

Socializioz protects existing accounts from being reassigned to a new referrer simply because an already-registered user later opens another referral link.

  Do not create misleading referrals, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or other attempts to manipulate attribution. Invalid or abusive activity can be rejected, reversed, held, or blocked under the Partner Terms.

## Your Refer & Earn dashboard

Depending on your current partner state, the in-app area can show:

* **Join Partner Program**.
* **Partner Terms**.
* **Your Referral Link**.
* **Copy Link**.
* **Earnings Overview**.
* **Pending Payout**.
* **Paid to Date**.
* **Your Stats**.
* **Recent Referrals**.
* **Open Partner Dashboard**.

The interface can also show a pending, rejected, or blocked status when participation is not currently active.

## Referral and earnings states

A referral appearing in your dashboard does not automatically mean that a commission has been paid. Referral and earnings states can change as the referred customer's billing relationship progresses.

Examples include:

* Referral/sign-up recorded.
* Eligible paid customer activity recorded.
* Commission pending review or payout.
* Commission paid.
* Commission adjusted or reversed because of a refund, dispute, charge reversal, fraud review, or another program rule.

## Payouts

**Pending Payout** and **Paid to Date** are separate values. A commission can be tracked before it is eligible to be paid.

Payout timing and approval follow the current partner portal and Partner Terms. Socializioz can place a payout or commission on hold when review is required for fraud, refunds, disputes, reversals, compliance, or other program conditions.

## Partner Plus

Partner Plus is an upgraded partner tier. It is not a tier that a user can activate manually.

The current Partner Plus program provides **35% recurring commission for 12 months** after the partner has at least **10 active paying referred customers** and Socializioz approves the tier change.

## Privacy and billing separation

Partner/referral records are separate from your ordinary workspace content and from the subscription entitlement that gives your own Socializioz account product access.

Referral participation does not change your Socializioz subscription automatically, and partner earnings do not bypass normal subscription billing rules.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem                                                | What to check                                                                                                      |
| ------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Refer & Earn shows a pending state                     | Your partner request is still under review.                                                                        |
| No referral link is available                          | Confirm that the partner account is approved and active.                                                           |
| A referral is not showing                              | Confirm the person used the issued referral link and that the visit/sign-up qualified under the attribution rules. |
| A referral appears but earnings are still zero         | A recorded referral is not the same as an eligible paid event. Check the referral/payment state.                   |
| Commission is pending                                  | Payout/review can still be in progress or subject to program holds.                                                |
| I qualify for Partner Plus but the tier did not change | Partner Plus requires the qualifying active paid referrals **and Socializioz approval**; it is not self-activated. |
